About Me

My name is Adam Dollen

What my Clients are saying...

Adam is kind and understanding. He lets me talk out what my issues are and we start tracing them back to the root of whatever the problem may be. I trust his knowledge. Every session I know I am building a better foundation for myself.

Adam has been a huge help and has been a pivotal part in my journey to self healing and self betterment. He’s been someone who feels like a good friend, who I can speak with about my issues and know that there’s no judgement. He’s given me a lot of great “phrases” that help remind me of things we’ve spoken about. And I always walk away with solid action items to take into the next week, meaning things to practice and implement while living life. Overall, this has been my first experience with therapy, and it’s been an extremely positive experience thanks to Adam.

Adam is very experienced and it shows with his understanding and explanations. Helped me understand there's always another side to things that I'm not thinking about. Very easy to talk to and I would recommend him to anyone looking for the same kind of help that I was.
